With a career spanning over four decades, Gail is a first-class planner and leader of operations, especially during periods of critical change, helping to transfer services safely and without impacting the quality of customer experience.

Gail is a resourceful leader, combining comprehensive industry knowledge with a dogged commitment to governance and compliance.

Amelie leads the strategy and implementation of our technology platform in Europe and UK.

Having led multiple business transformations and digital programmes in Europe, Africa, New Zealand and the Middle East, Amelie gained her commercial and personal insurance expertise at Accenture, AIG and DXC Technology.

Amelie is a mental health advocate and was a key team member that launched the first mental health education programme and digital platform in New Zealand during the pandemic.

Leveraging Mission’s unique MGA model and with his experience of establishing and running his own MGA, Neil guides aspiring entrepreneurs through the process of launching their MGAs in Ireland and throughout the EEA.

Neil joined Mission with 25 years of insurance experience gained in roles including Head of Broker Relations and Head of Liability Underwriting at Liberty Insurance and Founder and Managing Director of Blackrock Insurance Solutions, a commercial lines-focussed MGA based in Dublin.

Derah is an accomplished marketing director with over two decades of specialist experience in marketing the insurance sector. She works closely with each MGA to define clear marketing objectives, develop tailored growth strategies, and implement comprehensive marketing solutions that deliver measurable results. Her strategic approach encompasses the full spectrum of modern marketing disciplines, from brand development and digital marketing to public relations and content creation.
